| 1. What
are my options for placing an order? - You can use our online
shopping cart to place your order or you can call us toll free at
800-442-2131 and we would be happy to process your order over the
phone. Orders can also be faxed to us at 325-223-3027. All order methods
will receive a fax confirmation order form and artwork proof which
needs to be signed and returned before your order can actually be
sent to the factory. (Special online order note: due to the custom
nature of promotional products, your "order" will only reflect
base pricing information and will not include charges for options,
set up, tax or shipping. All charges will be noted on your faxed order
form. Therefore, your credit card is never charged at the time the
order is placed.) |
| 2. What
are my payment options? - We accept payment by credit card (VISA,
MC, Discover and AMEX). We also have an open account service available
for those companies who wish to be invoiced. Contact us for information
on establishing an account. We also accept purchase orders from government
and educational organizations. Invoiced orders are billed net 30. |
| 3. What
are the shipping charges? - Shipping charges are not reflected
on the estimation if you process an order using our online method.
Shipping charges will seen when you receive your order via fax for
approval. All shipping costs are estimates only due to the nature
of the varying accounts set up by each factory. We can also use your
UPS or FedEx account number for shipping if requested. |
| 4. What
are set up or screen charges? - This is the charge from the factory
for setting up your imprint on the equipment. Typically, but not always,
this charge is a one-time charge so that if you reorder the same item
with the same imprint within 1 year that charge is waived. |
| 5. Do you
charge tax? - Yes. Our parent company, Kaeser & Blair, Inc.,
has representation in each state, therefore we are required to collect
tax and make the appropriate payments back to each state. Tax exempt
organizations should fax us a copy of your certificate in order to
waive those charges. Resellers can supply us with a copy of your reseller
certificate to have the tax waived also. |
| 6. How do
I know what the item / imprint colors are for a product? - Each
item should have a list of the colors available for that item. Please
remember that item photos are only a representation of the colors
due to the widely varied screen display settings. Imprint colors are
also listed. If you need to know the corresponding PMS colors, please
contact customer service. PMS colors can be specified for any item
(except 4 color process which is CMYK). Additional charges may apply
for requesting nonstandard imprint colors. |
| 7. What
about over / under runs? - These are additional production products
that exceed the quantity ordered, or vice versa for underruns. The
industry standard is 5%. This occurs due to the nature of the imprinting
process and equipment setups. All over runs are charged additionally.
Exact runs are possible but additional charges may apply. |
| 8. How long
will it take to get my order? - Each item has a different production
time. Typically, they vary from 3- 15 working days. Please allow 1-2
days for order processing also. If your order is time sensitive and
must be delivered by a specific date you must inform customer service
at the time of order or it must be indicated in your online order.

| 9. Will
I see a proof of my imprint? - Before any order can be sent to
the factory, we will send a black/white fax proof to you for approval.
Multicolor imprints will receive an email JPG file also. If you want
to see an actual sample with your imprint (called a pre-production
or spec sample), additional charges will apply. Ask customer service
for details. |
| 10. How
can I get a sample before placing my order? Samples can be requested
by calling customer service toll free at 800-442-2131. Samples are
free (total value up to $25). These are random product samples. If
you want one with your imprint, additional charges will apply - ask
customer service for details. |

if I have questions about artwork - We have an entire sectioned

| 12. Do
you offer large quantity discounts? If you require a quantity
above the highest one listed for a particular item, please contact
customer service for a custom quote to receive the best pricing possible. |
| 13. Can
I get my order as a RUSH? Yes! We offer many, many items with
production in as little as 3 days - some even 1 day! We have listed
selected items in our RUSH section, but call customer service for
more details on available items and the verify your event date. |
| 14. What
if I want a completely custom promotional product made? With our
large and diverse industry contacts, we can have just about anything

your project today. Typical minimums start at 5000 pieces, depending
on the type of item requested. |
